We already have an alarm system and just wanted better monitoring service. I intended to "interview" a few companies and compare prices. First on my list was Protection Alarms. We met with the owner, Paul Eisenstadt, and didn't look any further. Professional, friendly, honest.
There were no hIgh pressure sales tactics to upgrade or add to our existing equipment. Paul looked at our system, said it was fine, and immediately switched over the monitoring service. Additionally, he met our dog (she's a big girl) and tested our motion sensors to make sure she didn't trigger them. He even offered to help us if we needed to upgrade to sensors designed for large pets. Thankfully, we didn't need to change them, but we still appreciated his offer.
I'm so glad that we decided to change services. In our (very short) search, we found Protection Alarms and couldn't be happier.

Yes, Paul Eisenstadt does it right. I met Paul through business connections and asked him if he could do better than ADT was doing my security. Wow, was I ever pleased. He came right over, was able to use my current hardware, and changed me over to his company monitoring right there on the spot. Great service from someone I know I can count on. Thank you, Paul.

We've been using Protection Alarms since we bought our house in 2007. Paul is WONDERFUL and the service is perfect. Paul trained us on how to use the system and is always available if we have a question. I don't trust those other alarm companies - Brinks, for one - but I definitely trust Paul and Protection Alarms.
